Combine dragon nails with yarn in your inventory menu
Enter the yarn on the right urn, in the left table, and you will get a piece of paper with symbols

Now you should know the number of symbols on paper
See figure symbol on the right of the red balloon, on the right wall plate, in painting, and on the wall behind the painting
Grab the door handle on the right side under the table
Place the door handle on the drawer on the left, and open the drawer
Then enter the number 5938 to open the box, and grab the key in the box, and use the key to open the door.
