Get the blue cloth on the floor, then use the cloth to clean the black stains on the top of the wall, so that you will see the number 24, and see the direction of the arrows as clues.
Now change the symbol to get a sum of 24
4 + 4 x 5 = 24
5 x 6 - 6 = 24

Now change the clock according to the numbers at the top of the wall
Press the white ball to change the clock, and hit the red ball to change the minute hand
