Use the key to open the chest on the left of the door, then grab the tip of the sword, then see and remember the number 5

Combine the tip of the sword and the sword hilt
Press each face of the painting on the right wall, then use the sword on the hole in the wall and see number 1

Enter the number 2591 in the box on the table, then grab a key in the box and use the key to open the door
