On each yellow box below, there are 4 small black box and 4 animals.

Tap the tube to the right of the door and press the yellow box below, do this a few times so that small black box turns blue.
Dog = 3 blue boxes
Mice = 1 blue box
Elephants = 4 blue box
Cat = 2 blue boxes
And the door will open.
