Open the suitcase that is on the sofa by entering the letter code HIS, then take a bottle of ink (iodine). Open the left drawer using the handle and take a cotton swab, then insert it into the ink bottle (iodine).
Go to the table then apply ink to the book to get the number code 4913, enter the number code into the box behind the painting to get a key, then use the key to open the door.
