Touch the light bulb on the floor right and save it to your inventory menu and replace the bulb in the socket wires hanging from the roof and hit the switch several times until the 3 lights above the door turns green.

Lift the lower end your phone approx 45 degrees so that the wood on the door fell, and hit the door to open.
